At Eko Health, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
